What does integrity mean to you?
It's different for everyone.
For me, it means when what I say and what I do match up.
I'm honest about who I am.
I discuss the imperfections and talk about the mistakes I've made.
I'm still on the journey of becoming the most elite version of myself.
I see people every day posting on social media about how successful they are.
But the truth is many of them are not winning in their families.
They struggle with addictions to drugs, alcohol, porn, or gambling.
They hide and only show people the highlight reel of their lives, the things they think people want to see.
Nothing could be further from alignment.
Your actions have to align with what you say.
That's integrity.
Admitting your flaws is a way to be able to "see them."
Analyze and create solutions to fixing them.
As a result, when others see you being vulnerable, the real ones will step up to help you.
Live in integrity.
You'll sleep better at night.
And eventually, you'll get to where you want to go and have everything you want.
