I'm going to go a little metaphysical with you here today.
We have eyes to see. Ears to hear. Nose to smell. Hands to touch and feel. When we eat, we can taste.
But there's one more sense we were given that serves as a beacon to steer us onto our paths.............our energy.
Have you ever walked into a room and thought, "Damn, this feels heavy?" Or maybe you've encountered someone you just didn't get a "good vibe" from or maybe been around someone who "lights you up?"
As human beings, we are constantly exchanging energy and depending on the human being, depends on the quality of energy we receive and give.
Energy is constantly being exchanged.
