When you work out in the gym and your muscles are getting tired, your brain starts telling you to slow down. 

It's trying to get you to return to your comfort zone. 

You have to train your body to stay uncomfortable. 

Because as you know, nothing good happens in the comfort zone. 

A simple one hour per day of physical activity will help you condition your body to override your mind so you can be more productive. 

In work. 

In relationships. 

Your love life. 

It requires one more step. 

One more mile. 

One more minute before you have a drink. 

Discipline your mind by disciplining your body. 

Do this and you'll be unstoppable. 



This planet is based on an algorithm and with every positive action, there is an adverse reaction.
