As human beings, we need someone to lead us.
When we become entrepreneurs, we can hire coaches, consultants, and go to masterminds, but we don't have someone holding us accountable.
Standing over our shoulders.
Someone keeeping us to the schedules we've lined out for ourselves to be productive.
The fact is, we need to be led.
If you're not getting maximum output for maximum focus, we need a calendar.
My calendar tells me what I need to do every single day.
If it's not on the calendar, it doesn't get done.
I can go back and track every single move I make for the last 10 years.
Fill in the blank spots on your calendar with things to do.
Call a few people.
Follow up on some leads.
Create a blog post for social media.
When you can answer the call to everything on your calendar, you'll be taking the most important steps into leadership.
Master the calendar, and become the leader you'd follow.
