At every level of the game, you have to remember it's important to keep your focus on who you're surrounded by.
Back in 2017, I made a decision after taking a deep dive into what I really wanted.
I had built a network that was Apex before it was Apex, but it was infiltrated with people who were cheating on their wives, drinking, doing drugs, and just doing some debaucherous shit.
I knew if I was going to take myself to the next level, I would have to do some major work starting by surrounding myself with better people.
I couldn't call in better clients when I was running with a group of people who were not focused on anything other than today.
I couldn't expect invitations to bigger, better stages when people were representing depraved values.
So I gathered my staff and my group of people and told them what I wanted to do.
I established core values.
I set the standards and laid them out on the table and issued an edict of what we were to represent as a unit.
Most people left.
It was going to be easier to stay the same, doing the same filthy things, than to look inside and be willing to do the work to become better.
