The ReWire Podcast w/ Ryan Stewman

Jan 28, 2022

Never ever forget where you came from and never ever forget the people who put you on the track to the next phase of your life.  We see this all too often in life where someone comes up, puts in the work, makes good for themselves and then thinks, "I don't need anyone.  I did this sh#t all by my damn self."

Remember the Force of Average is always waiting to pounce and it will if you're not:

  • Humble and willing to give credit where it's due
  • Think you could've gotten to where you are without help from a few people
  • Try to bury the past trials and tribulations while recreating the perception of perfection

Ths is where gratitude is a powerful resource.

Every human being who has gone on to become a huge success did so with the help of many people.

They've put in their time to work, hone their skills, and craft an ideal life

Be grateful for the opportunity to know scarcity and abundance equally.  To know both is a conduit to connection, humility, and appreciation.

They both build confidence, but if you forget where you came from in times of abundance, scarcity will become your friend again.

Clap for others like they clapped for you.

Say thank you.

Look for ways to show good favor.

And remember, everything you have or achieved can be taken away in the snap of a finger if you choose to forget where you came from.

You can try to forget, hide, or bury your journey, but it has been imprinted in the universe.
