The next time someone cuts you off in traffic, pay attention to what kind of car they drive.
Most people want to curse them out or give them the finger, but what if you ended your expletive-riddled tirade with, "But at least he was driving a Lexus?"
It take the mind to a different place.
Our minds are wired for negativity and a lot of that's rooted in fear.
When we get triggered, it comes out negatively.
The next time someone or something triggers you in a negative fashion, turn a negative comment into a positive.
You have to rewire your brain to look for the positives in every single situation.
After doing this for 30 days, you start looking for positivity.
When you look for reasons to be grateful for, and start looking for positive things, that simple replacement exercise in looking for positivity in every single situation will change your mind and change your life.
