I have around 50 + people who work for me across my 4 companies.
People tell me have some amazing people.
I've been told this over the last 7 or 8 years of my life.
They ask me how I get their team to be like mine.
They tell me they're overpaid and lazy.
The secret is people.
Sure, KPIs are important, data, sales, and marketing, but what really makes the team good is the bigger picture.
Some people don't care about money.
They care about the purpose.
The mission.
For us in Apex, it's supposed to help as many individuals become the most elite versions of themselves.
When you get your employees and your team bought in on that level, the culture is unstoppable.
If you want this, you have to be a good leader.
