There's a huge difference between being confident and having an ego.
The ego is a defense mechanism. It's meant to protect us.
Confidence is something that comes from within.
You don't need approval, or feedback.
You just make things happen.
Someone who is ego-driven makes sure everyone knows they did a task.
They want to be patted on the back.
They're concerned with how everyone sees them.
A confident person is humble.
Are you wanting to make a difference because you saw a need that required filling to make the world a better place?
That's confidence.
Ego is like running your car on jet fuel.
It'll eventually crash and burn.
Confidence runs on gasoline keeping you running up the road as long as necessary.
You'll become successful and stay successful.
The place from where you operate is up to you.
Are you going to operate from a place of confidence or ego?
You have a choice.
Choose wisely.
