In any given moment we can be in dark times or light times.
It's all around us at all times.
When most people are going through a dark time they focus on dark times.
You get what you focus on so if you're focusing on dark times you will get more dark times.
If you don't want to be stuck in those dark times you need to look for the light.
Focus on the light at the end of the tunnel and you will pull through.
