A sad fact of life is the higher you go in life the lower the people will go that who were once on the same level as you.
While you are taking the high road and going to the next level, the people who were once by your side will be on the low road trying to bring you back down with them.
Jealousy and envy can eat people up on the inside and changes people that were once standing by your side supporting you.
