If people are reaching out to you for advice and they do the opposite of what you tell them, it's on you.
Somehow the advice/feedback you gave them didn't connect or move them to take action on.
If you can figure out where the disconnect is you will become a better leader.
Being a good leader means when you speak people listen and they believe in what you say enough that they take action on it.
